Started RR Education as a small, local offline coaching effort — one student, a 5th-grader struggling with maths. Consistent practice took him from failing to a 95% score. That result became the reason to keep going, and a small YouTube presence for young students began around the same time.
Expanded to accommodate 20–25 students locally, with proper classroom resources — benches, a whiteboard, a dedicated teaching space.
Began offering structured material and additional teaching support for NEET/JEE aspirants, alongside continued growth of the coaching centre.
Moved classes online and experimented with YouTube Live during the lockdown. The shift didn't resonate with students the way offline classes had, and RR Education's offline coaching wound down.
Joined Koenig Solutions in July 2022 as a Corporate Trainer, while keeping RR Education's YouTube channel alive for short-form learning content. Began delivering enterprise technology sessions to a growing global audience — the start of the professional training work now central to his role at Koenig.
Earned the Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) credential in August 2023 — Microsoft's highest instructor-level certification, authorising delivery of official Microsoft Learning courseware globally. The MCT is renewal-based and has been maintained continuously since.

Rebuilt his personal learning site — years of hand-written notes, demos, small tools, and technical experiments brought together as a single public space to share freely. The site continues to grow alongside his work at Koenig Solutions.
Promoted to Iconic Trainer at Koenig Solutions — Koenig's highest training tier — while taking on additional initiatives there: AI agent development, the Beast AI Initiative, and Trainer Plus, mentoring new trainers joining the organisation.
